The Kodak Presstape Universal Splicer is compatible for all 3 film formats and uses 8mm, Super 8mm and 16mm film pressure senstive adhesive tape to make film splices.  This splicer securely holds your film in position while the splicer blade cuts the film as you apply presstapes to both sides of the film.  Splicer comes in the Original Box that includes the Splicer, Punch Tool, Instruction Booklet and one packet each of presstapes for both Super 8mm and 16mm.
